Teams at Adventist Media Ministries

Provides first-level technical support for computers, networks, software, peripherals, phone systems, and audio/video equipment. Coordinates helpdesk tasks, manages vendors, bills, contracts, licensing, inventory, backups, upgrades, and documentation. Installs and configures hardware, operating systems, applications, LAN/WAN systems, and security software. Assists the Network Engineer, trains users, troubleshoots technical issues, and performs limited building maintenance.

Creates print and digital visual assets, including advertisements, signage, social media graphics, webpages, presentations, infographics, and internal communications. Maintains brand standards, develops original designs and illustrations, prepares files for digital and print use, collaborates with creative and other departments, participates in reviews and quality checks, and delivers projects on schedule.

Edits and manages video, audio, streaming, broadcast, website, app, and social media content. Responsibilities include motion graphics, sound design, camera operation, content ingest, mastering, captioning, archiving, cataloging, and digital summaries. The editor collaborates with producers and media staff to meet branding standards and tight deadlines while supporting production and post-production workflows.
