Cultivates and manages relationships with high-capacity individual donors, focusing on gifts of $10,000 or more. Responsibilities include prospect research, donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, personalized proposal writing, portfolio tracking, events, forecasting, and collaboration with senior leadership, volunteers, marketing, and programs. The officer is accountable for fundraising goals, donor retention, upgrades, multi-year commitments, and expanding the major-gifts pipeline. Up to 35% domestic and limited international travel is required.
