Lead and coordinate nursing staff on med-surg shifts, ensure quality patient care and documentation in the EMR, support interdisciplinary communication, orient new staff, act for the Nurse Manager as needed, and participate in policy review and clinical problem solving.

Lead and manage oncology nursing operations including staffing, budgeting, policy development, compliance with Commission on Cancer standards, clinical oversight, staff hiring/mentoring, and continuity of inpatient/outpatient cancer care. Promote new programs, research opportunities, and maintain clinical expertise in cancer treatments.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams per orders and protocols, acquire and document high-quality images in EMR/PACS, ensure patient comfort and safety, sterilize equipment, collaborate with radiologists, maintain supplies and certifications.
