Manages clinical center staffing, employee performance, budgets, revenue cycle, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, patient experience, complaints, service lines, and client relationships. Oversees accounts receivable, reporting, daily operations, and clinical support activities. Requires healthcare or medical assistant knowledge, radiographic procedure knowledge, POC lab experience, computer proficiency, BLS certification, and one of several approved clinical credentials.

Provides clinical informatics support and EHR optimization across inpatient, ambulatory, procedural, and virtual care settings. Resolves complex workflow issues, supports system upgrades, testing, go-lives, governance, documentation standards, decision-support adoption, and workflow redesign. Partners with clinicians, IT, training teams, vendors, and clinical leaders to improve efficiency, safety, compliance, and system adoption. Requires clinical expertise, informatics experience, active licensure, and occasional on-call, night, and weekend support.

Patrol hospital areas, investigate suspicious activity and safety hazards, respond to alarms and emergencies, provide initial first aid, control building access, monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic, document incidents, and de-escalate disputes. The role requires effective communication, critical thinking, confidentiality, basic computer skills, and collaboration with hospital staff. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience, and a driver’s license.
