Provides direct bedside patient care under the direction of a registered nurse. Performs treatments, assists with emergencies and daily care, observes and reports patient needs or abnormalities, follows infection-control and safety procedures, documents care, maintains a clean environment, and communicates with patients, families, and the healthcare team. The role is full-time on the night shift in an acute-care hospital setting.

Provide friendly customer service, assist customers with product selection, process transactions, perform opening/closing and restocking, help maintain store displays and cleanliness, and support manager in meeting budgetary and quality goals.

Handles consumer inquiries, scheduling, insurance eligibility, authorizations, demographic and insurance verification, and service-related information. The role follows department workflows and scripts, coordinates schedules to optimize resource utilization, documents interactions, and provides accurate, patient-focused customer service. It requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, computer, CRM, telephony, and electronic health record skills.
