Teams at Advent

Supports the Senior Project Manager and Design Director by coordinating teams, meetings, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Manages project documentation, presentations, scheduling in Merlin/ProCore, invoice and change order tracking, resource coordination, file archiving, and reporting. Ensures project milestones, client feedback, and installation logistics are tracked and executed; travel as required.

Lead project execution from kickoff through closeout, coordinating design, fabrication, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, contracts, invoicing, and client feedback. Facilitate meetings, manage resources, track margins and expenses, collaborate with Sales/Legal, and deliver final documentation and financial reports while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Support Project Manager by managing project documentation, budgets, vendor coordination, site surveys, installations, materials selection, estimating, and logistics to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
