Perform counterintelligence-focused risk analysis and security reviews for AFRL/RISC; produce written and oral reports, conduct multi-source research, handle classified information per DoD rules, coordinate stakeholders, and complete required security training.

Provide administrative aeromedical case management for HQ AFRC: receive, track, review, and enter medical data into AF/DoD systems, coordinate with units/MAJCOMs/MTFs, prepare reports, educate units, and ensure timely adjudication and documentation per regulatory standards.

Support the transformation of federal classification standards by integrating competency-based frameworks, collaborating with psychologists, and aligning qualifications with hiring practices.

Provide instructional design support using ADDIE: develop, test, and validate multimedia courseware (SCORM), collaborate with SMEs, recommend platforms/tools, edit curriculum, analyze evaluations, and deliver written recommendations to improve training effectiveness.

Develop, maintain, and enhance HPWS web applications using Adobe ColdFusion, Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft SQL Server, HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery. Produce technical documentation, support SDLC activities, ensure RMF/HIPAA/508 compliance, perform system analysis/reverse engineering, participate in code reviews, and communicate with USAFSAM/OE stakeholders. Remote work with occasional on-site support at Wright-Patterson AFB and required use of government-furnished equipment and Air Force VPN.

Perform public health surveillance and epidemiologic analyses for USAF populations using multiple military health systems. Support outbreak investigations, design studies and protocols, manage data quality and repositories, generate reports, provide training, and assist with IRB submissions and stakeholder coordination.
