Provide administrative aeromedical case management for HQ AFRC: receive, track, review, and enter medical data into AF/DoD systems, coordinate with units/MAJCOMs/MTFs, prepare reports, educate units, and ensure timely adjudication and documentation per regulatory standards.

Operate and supervise Navy lighterage and watercraft during offload/backload, perform operational testing, maintenance, surveillance, and crew training. Oversee contractor stevedore activities, prepare load diagrams/reports, and support NAV-P in planning, procedures, and documentation for MPF/INLS operations.

Provide administrative and technical support for C-STARS Omaha cadre and leadership, coordinating logistics, training, records, supply and facilities. Manage meetings, budgets, correspondence, databases, training materials, inventories, and agreements with partner organizations. Support student training activities, supply accountability, and operational readiness in classroom and aeromedical training environments.

Perform public health surveillance and epidemiologic analyses for USAF populations using multiple military health systems. Support outbreak investigations, design studies and protocols, manage data quality and repositories, generate reports, provide training, and assist with IRB submissions and stakeholder coordination.

Manage Wing FOIA and Privacy Act programs, oversee records lifecycle and compliance with DoD/Air Force policies, prepare technical documentation and executive briefings, support inspections and training, and maintain enterprise content management and privacy reporting.

Manage and coordinate USAFSAM medical training and readiness programs: maintain training records, analyze readiness data, coordinate scheduling, support credentialing, manage Warrior Training Center administration, develop program objectives, and present reports and briefings to stakeholders.

Coordinate, develop, deliver, and evaluate clinical and emergency medical training for USAFSAM and the 711th Human Performance Wing. Manage curriculum, scheduling, training metrics, continuing education credits, and compliance with Air Force standards. Produce reports and training materials, support program startup and monitoring, and collaborate with clinical consultants and leadership to improve training effectiveness.

Perform operations research and analytical studies for USAFSAM; analyze health and operational data, design and run studies, recommend data-driven solutions, produce technical reports and presentations, collaborate with government and academic partners, and support research throughout its lifecycle.

Design and develop multimedia e-learning and instructional materials using ADDIE. Recommend platforms and tools, build and test SCORM courseware, create storyboards, scripts, and learner guides, coordinate with SMEs, evaluate course effectiveness, and support USAFSAM curriculum and validation activities.

Provide subject-matter expertise in statistical analyses of Air Force health data: design and execute studies, develop datasets and models using SAS EG, validate models, draft technical documentation, present findings, manage analytical projects, support data architecture and access, and ensure adherence to USAFSAM and HIPAA standards.
