Conducts job analyses and evaluates federal position descriptions against OPM classification standards. Applies psychometric, organizational research, and statistical methods to validate job series and grade determinations. Develops competency models, collaborates with HR professionals and subject matter experts, and delivers evidence-based recommendations supporting workforce planning, reclassification, role clarity, and organizational effectiveness. Prepares reports and presentations while monitoring federal classification policies and workforce trends.

Support the modernization of federal classification and qualification standards through competency-based and skills-driven frameworks. Collaborate with psychologists, policy experts, and data scientists to translate competency models into job structures, qualification standards, skills matrices, assessment guidance, and agency tools. Participate in the 2210 series skills-based hiring pilot, stakeholder engagement, policy refinement, training development, and broader implementation across federal job series.

Analyze federal workforce data and position descriptions using statistical modeling, NLP, machine learning, and text analytics. Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports; map duties and skills to job series and grade levels; validate findings with HR professionals and leadership; and provide recommendations supporting accurate, compliant job classification and reclassification decisions.

Provide administrative aeromedical case management for HQ AFRC: receive, track, review, and enter medical data into AF/DoD systems, coordinate with units/MAJCOMs/MTFs, prepare reports, educate units, and ensure timely adjudication and documentation per regulatory standards.
