The Senior FP&A Analyst prepares budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, financial models, reports, and KPIs. The role partners with business leaders to translate objectives into financial plans, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include process improvement, reporting automation, cross-functional initiatives, M&A due diligence and integration support, and presenting financial insights to non-finance audiences. The analyst also supports planning tools, resolves complex issues, and mentors junior analysts.

Supports the Reporting and Insights team by developing data models, pipelines, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses. Responsibilities include SQL optimization, data validation, pipeline governance, requirements documentation, release management, stakeholder collaboration, and resolving business and technical issues across teams.
