The Strategic Services Director will sell DMC services, manage client relationships, develop sales strategies, and ensure client satisfaction, while traveling for 40-60% of the time.

Lead cross-functional clinical trial projects from kickoff to client sign-off, manage schedules, budgets and resources, ensure ICH GCP compliance, report project health, mentor team members, and drive process improvements to deliver high-quality results on time and within cost.

Manage clinical trial projects end-to-end: deliver on time and budget, coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, develop schedules, liaise with clients and vendors, monitor progress, report to senior management, implement process improvements, conduct post-project evaluations, and foster team collaboration and performance.
