Owns company-wide expense forecasting, workforce planning, vendor spend analysis, budgeting, reforecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and corporate reporting. Partners with finance and business stakeholders to identify savings opportunities, support monthly close, maintain forecasts in Adaptive Planning, and deliver actionable insights for management and board-level decisions.

Lead Advantive’s revenue enablement function across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Build AI-powered onboarding, certification, coaching, playbooks, systems enablement, and field-readiness programs. Partner with AI, product, marketing, and senior commercial leaders to translate customer-conversation data into actionable intelligence. Own the rollout of Advantive ONE and measure success through ramp time, adoption, attach rate, deal velocity, retention, and revenue outcomes.

Delivers enterprise software implementation, workflow review, optimization, training, and business process consulting for warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, and supply chain customers. Leads discovery sessions, configures applications, validates solutions, documents recommendations, and serves as a trusted customer advisor. Collaborates with project, technical, support, product, and development teams while managing multiple engagements and maintaining customer satisfaction. Requires 40–60% North American travel for onsite consulting, workshops, training, and implementation activities.
