Greet and register patients, schedule appointments, verify/update patient information, handle patient concerns, and coordinate with providers and staff to optimize patient experience and clinic operations. Travel between offices as needed.

Lead and execute marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness. Create and manage content, social media, email campaigns, and basic design/video assets. Monitor analytics, run A/B tests, coordinate web updates, manage vendor relationships, and produce performance reports to optimize marketing efforts.
