Collaborates with applications and software engineering teams across DFT, simulation, and production ATE environments while contributing to AI-assisted engineering workflows and technical documentation.

Participate in AI-assisted engineering workflows and document technical findings while developing practical experience in semiconductor test automation.

Develops and optimizes automated test solutions on Advantest V93000 systems for digital, mixed-signal, PAC, and RF devices. Designs DUT boards, provides customer consulting, coordinates project delivery, and delivers technical training. The role requires application development, test correlation, fault-coverage improvement, customer communication, and collaboration with account, sales, and engineering teams.
