Lead integration and optimization of SoC test solutions on the Advantest V93000 platform. Develop and debug test software/hardware (test methods, libraries, load boards, probe cards), manage product transfer into high-volume manufacturing, create and track complex project plans, consult customer test engineers, deliver trainings, and collect customer requirements for product improvements.
