Designs device handling solutions, change kits, and docking interfaces for customers across Southeast Asia. Leads CAD design, simulations, design reviews, project execution, risk management, acceptance testing, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Provides technical support to Sales, customers, and cross-functional teams; develops quotations and configurations; manages installed-base tracking; supports SMART Test Cell and SMART Factory initiatives; and delivers customer presentations and urgent field support.

Resolve customer post-production test program issues, develop testing solutions, improve test productivity, and execute customer support plans. Coordinate technical escalations with local and international teams, support digital, mixed-signal, and RF SoC testing on ATE systems, and deliver training to customer engineers. The role requires troubleshooting, project management, customer engagement, programming, and travel to customer sites.

Develops mechanical and thermal solutions for parametric test instruments within the ADV93K platform. Responsibilities include 3D CAD modeling, PCB and cable integration, manufacturing drawings, PLM configuration management, BOM maintenance, ECO processing, prototype vendor coordination, thermal analysis, FEA, and design verification from concept through production. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with software, electrical, application, manufacturing, and global mechanical engineering teams.
