Drives quality improvements across semiconductor test-system production, field operations, suppliers, and customers. Responsibilities include failure analysis, issue trend analysis using Power BI, MRB participation, root-cause investigations, CAPA, FMEA, process and design reviews, and effectiveness verification. The role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, Operations, and Program Management teams to resolve recurring defects and improve processes, documentation, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Designs, develops, integrates, tests, and debugs software for semiconductor test platforms, including SLT, Burn-In, and HPC systems. Builds applications, SDKs, drivers, APIs, messaging services, data pipelines, and equipment-control software. Integrates software with hardware, firmware, instrumentation, and thermal systems; supports secure on-premises services and production deployment. Leads architecture, code reviews, customer integration, and technical mentoring while remaining highly hands-on.

Designs and maintains automated semiconductor test solutions across SLT, Burn-In, HPC, ATE, validation, and manufacturing platforms. Develops test programs and tools, defines validation methodologies, performs electrical and thermal characterization, analyzes yield and device data, and debugs hardware and system issues using laboratory instrumentation. Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to support product introduction, readiness, customer integration, and production ramp.
