Coordinates shipping and receiving, customer and carrier shipments, incoming inspections, purchasing, inventory, packaging, and shipping documentation. Maintains shipping logs, shop-supply inventory, quality records, traceability, and preventive-maintenance records while following documented quality procedures. Requires strong communication, organization, prioritization, and analytical skills, along with knowledge of bending processes, materials, shop procedures, and Microsoft Office.

Prepare and manage quotes for inbound and transactional sales opportunities, support account managers and business development teams, communicate with customers, validate technical requirements, maintain CRM and internal records, and coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, production, finance, and order entry. The role also identifies follow-up and repeat-business opportunities while improving quote accuracy, pipeline quality, and sales conversion.
