Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, basic repairs, and test drives. Use hand and power tools, operate diagnostic equipment, identify worn parts, and follow repair/service procedures to maintain vehicle safety and performance.

Lead and coach the dealership sales team to build customer relationships, improve sales processes, provide regular training, support closing deals, and manage sales department productivity and team development.

Manage incoming internet leads and outbound prospecting to generate appointments and quotes, respond promptly to email and phone inquiries, assist customers with vehicle selection, and meet sales quotas.
