Support APAC financial reporting, month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany and FX accounting, payroll and tax compliance, cash flow projections, audit preparation, and process improvements while coordinating with external providers and regional finance teams.

Manage and maintain corporate IT systems (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune), lead help desk and technical support, design and deploy AI agents and automation (Copilot Studio, Power Automate), drive IT projects and compliance (SOC2), provide onboarding/training, oversee asset management, and partner with vendors to ensure security, uptime, and continuous improvement.

This role involves financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, compliance support, and collaboration with external accountants across multiple entities. The accountant assists with month-end closes, audits, cash flow projections, and leverages AI tools for process improvements.

The Senior HR Business Partner manages complex employee relations, develops learning frameworks, partners strategically with leadership, and oversees HR operations compliance.
