Prospect and close B2B sales opportunities across an assigned territory through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, webinars, and trade shows. Qualify prospects, book and conduct product demos, recommend solutions, manage opportunities through signed agreements, maintain accurate pipeline records, and hand off new clients to account and production teams. The role sells software and SaaS orientation solutions to higher education and private-sector organizations.

Writes, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots production C# and .NET code. Builds features across SQL Server, front-end pages, and the content platform; participates in code reviews and system design discussions; collaborates with designers, video producers, and project managers; and documents solutions while developing through mentorship and training.

Design and build production applications in C# and .NET while shaping a scalable, multi-tenant platform architecture. Solve complex SQL Server performance issues, develop APIs and integrations, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and collaborate with client technical teams. The role focuses approximately 70% on hands-on coding and 30% on architecture and design, including messaging, domain boundaries, data at scale, and platform modernization.
