Provides front-desk and administrative support in a behavioral health outpatient setting. Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling and checking out patients, verifying insurance, collecting copays, managing dashboards, processing data and documents in the MyAvatar EHR, handling emails and faxes, supporting admissions, coordinating clinic coverage, and completing audits and deposit paperwork.

Provides supervised psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, counseling (individual and group), case management, discharge planning, and staff training. Monitors client progress, documents treatment, coordinates community resources, and ensures compliance with policies and licensing standards. Works with families and community providers to facilitate placement and follow-up care.

Provide supervised crisis and psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use disorders in a Behavioral Health Crisis Center. Coordinate care, perform intake and discharge planning, document progress, educate patients/families, and collaborate with community partners and interdisciplinary teams.

Provide peer-based recovery coaching and case management for accountability court participants: individual and group sessions, treatment planning, court team participation, EHR documentation, resource linkage, and coordination with community providers. Maintain certifications, attend required trainings, and manage basic program data (Excel).

Supervise and support Peer Specialist staff at a Behavioral Health Crisis Center, provide one-on-one recovery coaching and group skills training, participate in treatment teams, oversee hiring/timekeeping and audit documentation, and record all client interactions in the electronic health record.

Provide one-on-one recovery coaching and group skills training for individuals in behavioral health crisis. Use motivational interviewing, document client interactions in the EHR same-day, assist with treatment planning, link clients to community resources, attend team meetings, maintain peer certification and continuing education, and follow ethical and confidentiality standards.

Provide vocational education, job readiness, and ongoing employment support to individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Deliver in-home and outpatient services, develop treatment and career plans, connect clients to employers and community resources, perform assessments, crisis intervention/on-call duties, and maintain regulatory documentation and reporting.

Lead nursing shift operations in a 24/7 behavioral health crisis center: coordinate staff, manage patient flow, oversee crisis interventions and safety, ensure compliance, mentor staff, run drills, review documentation and collaborate with NPs and on-call MDs.
