Manage end-to-end corporate flight ticketing, including reservations, issuance, amendments, cancellations, refunds, rebooking, disruption handling, and travel agency or airline coordination. Ensure compliance with travel policies, optimize costs, recover unused tickets and credits, maintain accurate booking records, prepare travel reports, and support employees with travel-related inquiries. Coordinate with Finance on invoices, refunds, payments, and cost allocation.

Develop and maintain conversational chatbot solutions using Microsoft Bot Framework, Azure, Node.js, NLU models, REST APIs, and SQL. Design dialogue flows, intents, entities, and fallback scenarios; integrate enterprise systems; monitor and optimize chatbot performance; troubleshoot production issues; conduct testing; and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

Designs, develops, documents, and supports Vodafone products and services using Java and cloud-based infrastructure. The role owns software delivery end to end, analyzes requirements, collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, applies Agile and DevOps practices, and ensures quality, security, privacy, and customer experience. Responsibilities include third-line production support, automation, solution design, knowledge sharing, and maintaining application stacks from operating systems through custom applications.
