Leads a portfolio of $3M–$15M annual capital projects from concept and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closure. Manages budgets, schedules, risk, QA/QC, documentation, contractors, safety audits, and project controls. Partners with engineering, operations, purchasing, vendors, and site controllers on economic analysis and execution. Mentors early-career project engineers and promotes strong safety and stakeholder collaboration.

Supports chemical plant operations by monitoring production KPIs, troubleshooting process issues, improving manufacturing processes, performing engineering calculations, and designing unit operations. The role uses process simulation, evaluates quality, yield, safety, and environmental performance, interprets P&ID drawings, and collaborates with operators and other departments on maintenance, reliability, and process modifications.

Senior Project Engineer managing capital projects from scope development and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closure. Responsibilities include budgeting, economic analysis, project controls, contractor and vendor coordination, safety and regulatory compliance, construction oversight, documentation, and capital expenditure forecasting. The role supports industrial plant operations and may manage multiple projects at remote locations. Approximately 10% travel is required.
