Temporary staff attorney supporting a state-based preemption case and grassroots racial justice partners. Responsibilities include investigating constitutional violations, conducting factual and legal research, drafting litigation memoranda, briefs, discovery materials, and motions, assisting with litigation efforts, collaborating across teams, and guiding team members and interns. The six-month role requires a Juris Doctor, state bar membership, at least five years of litigation experience, and a demonstrated commitment to racial justice.
