Coordinates new and existing patient referrals, verifies insurance benefits and authorizations, obtains referral documentation, schedules appointments, maintains patient charts, updates copay information, and handles patient and provider communications. The role also supports front-office duties, maintains HIPAA confidentiality, uses EMR and Microsoft Office systems, and provides patient service in a medical office environment.

Performs CT examinations and produces diagnostic-quality images for physician review. Provides patient care, administers contrast media, monitors patient condition, responds to emergencies, maintains equipment, follows CT safety and HIPAA requirements, and documents patient and exam information. Requires radiologic technology education, state licensure, ARRT Radiography and CT certification, and BLS certification. CT experience is preferred, but new graduates are considered. Travel between facilities may be required.

Leads regional medical practices and ancillary services, overseeing operations, clinical and administrative teams, financial performance, revenue cycle management, compliance, quality, staffing, and business development. Partners with physicians, finance, supply chain, human resources, and medical staff to improve patient care, integrate acquisitions, implement services, manage resources, and achieve strategic and financial objectives across the affiliate.

Coordinates clinical trials under clinical research management, including participant screening, visits, data and source documentation, questionnaires, biological samples, investigational product accountability, regulatory files, and monitor visits. Maintains protocol compliance, resolves data queries, manages supplies, schedules procedures, and communicates with sponsors and authorities. Provides limited subject care and clinical measurements while maintaining HIPAA, GCP, safety, and ethical standards.

Supervises LPNs, medical assistants, scribes, and other clinic staff while supporting patient flow, quality improvement, staff training, scheduling, chart review, medication refills, referrals, dispensary compliance, and medical supply inventory. Provides direct clinical back-office support and backup for administrative clinic functions. Maintains HIPAA compliance, supports performance management, and collaborates with physicians and administrative leaders to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations, captures and reviews images, documents findings, assists physicians during procedures, maintains equipment and patient records, and provides patient care and education while complying with HIPAA and safety protocols.
