Supports broad human resources programs, including recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, compliance, personnel records, job descriptions, HRIS maintenance, turnover analysis, and policy guidance. Advises employees and management on personnel policies, compensation decisions, labor law compliance, and basic HR issues. The role operates in a moderately noisy factory setting and requires strong organization, communication, collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.

Administers contract databases, renewals, warranties, billing files, reports, amendments, bids, and contract documentation. Coordinates quality goals, responds to customer and internal inquiries, liaises with subcontractors, supports negotiations, resolves invoicing issues with Accounting, trains employees, and improves contract processes. The role requires high accuracy, customer communication, organizational skills, and work in a loud industrial factory environment with occasional physical and hazardous-condition exposure.

Manages plant inventory integrity, restocking, repairs, parts distribution, purchase orders, vendor sourcing, order follow-up, and inventory reconciliation. Analyzes stock and reorder levels, resolves discrepancies, supports budgeting and cost reduction, processes warranty claims, and coordinates with technicians, managers, accounting, auditors, customer service, and operations. The role also supports process improvement, quality initiatives, and compliance with safety procedures in a loud factory environment.
