Teams at Advanced Technology Recycling (ATR)

Outside sales role responsible for identifying and onboarding new customer accounts, growing and managing existing accounts, preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring delivery of electronic recycling services. Requires client relationship building, market analysis, travel up to 25%, and cross-team communication to meet customer objectives and sales targets.

Lead nationwide business development for electronic recycling, managing and coaching BDMs, building partnerships (OEMs, ITAD, municipalities), driving revenue growth, expanding markets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals. Provide forecasts and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Compliance.
