Develops and optimizes welding and fabrication processes for custom stainless-steel equipment. Responsibilities include designing tooling and fixtures, commissioning equipment, improving workflows through Lean practices, supporting production troubleshooting, creating work instructions, reviewing drawings, ensuring manufacturability and quality, and conducting root cause analysis. The role collaborates with engineering, quality, fabrication, and project management teams while ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.

Manage, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera. Produce forecasts, resource-load schedules, labor projections, and EVM reporting. Coordinate stakeholders, incorporate scope changes, perform weekly updates, and ensure on-time delivery.

Supports the Quality team by preparing inspection reports, organizing quality records, maintaining document versions, entering production and inspection data, and compiling basic metrics. The role assists with audits, documentation flow, and departmental administration while working with inspectors, engineers, and other departments. It is an entry-level position with training provided in quality systems, inspection processes, and industry standards.
