Drive adoption of a self-service livestream shopping platform among agencies and enterprise brands. Design onboarding and enablement programs, lead workshops, create scalable educational resources, monitor activation and adoption metrics, develop streaming strategy frameworks, and identify customer champions. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Brand Success to address adoption barriers, influence product improvements, and scale the program internationally. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Design and develop engaging Spanish- and English-language eLearning courses, instructor-led training, assessments, and large-scale learning programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams, simplify technical concepts, maintain consistent messaging, and guide projects through production. The role requires visual design, copywriting, editing, user testing, instructional frameworks, rapid authoring tools, and strong project management skills.

Design and develop engaging eLearning courses, assessments, training programs, and learning products using rapid authoring tools. Collaborate with subject matter experts, guide production processes, establish eLearning standards, simplify technical concepts, and manage multiple large-scale projects. The role also involves user testing, visual design, copywriting, editing, presentation design, and meeting project deadlines.
