Leads end-to-end production of high-profile video series, campaigns, podcasts, and multimedia content. Responsibilities include shaping content strategy, directing on-set crews and talent, managing budgets, schedules, logistics, locations, equipment, vendors, and post-production, while providing creative feedback. The role also develops client relationships, partners with publishing and social teams, supervises production workflows, and mentors staff.

Operate and program video switchers, routers, PTZ cameras, graphics, playback, and related broadcast systems for live events. Collaborate with production leaders and camera operators, conduct rehearsals and comprehensive equipment checks, execute show cues, and adapt quickly to changing show flows. The role requires at least five years of Technical Director or V1 experience, strong broadcast technology knowledge, leadership, communication, and composure under pressure.

Maintain and ensure uptime of live broadcast and AV systems by performing preventative maintenance, fault isolation, configuration backups, and coordinated maintenance windows. Troubleshoot SDI and IP media (ST 2110, Dante, AES67), manage vendor cases, produce incident reports and run-books, support integration/remediation projects, and travel between client sites as needed.
