Drive adoption of a self-service livestream shopping platform among agencies and enterprise brands. Design onboarding and enablement programs, lead workshops, create scalable educational resources, monitor activation and adoption metrics, develop streaming strategy frameworks, and identify customer champions. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Brand Success to address adoption barriers, influence product improvements, and scale the program internationally. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Design and develop engaging eLearning courses, assessments, training programs, and learning products using rapid authoring tools. Collaborate with subject matter experts, guide production processes, establish eLearning standards, simplify technical concepts, and manage multiple large-scale projects. The role also involves user testing, visual design, copywriting, editing, presentation design, and meeting project deadlines.

Architect and build unified operational data systems connecting fragmented tools and workflows. Develop governed data models, schemas, transformations, lineage, and dashboards using SQL and cloud platforms. Automate reporting, monitor workflow health, improve data reliability, and support executive decision-making. Partner with production, studio, finance, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable systems while providing technical leadership, roadmap ownership, and mentorship.
