Teams at Advanced Systems Design

Performs business and process analysis, gathers and documents requirements, evaluates technology demands, supports governance and prioritization, and serves as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. The role develops process improvements, reporting, risk analyses, and executive communications while supporting solution evaluation, testing, implementation, and multiple concurrent projects. Occasional project leadership and mentoring may be required.

Develops and governs enterprise Power BI analytics solutions using Azure Synapse, including semantic models, DAX measures, dashboards, security, performance optimization, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD. Ensures CJIS and HIPAA compliance, manages governance and data lineage, documents analytical assets, collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, and coaches report developers. The role is onsite in Tallahassee and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of BI or analytics experience, and three years building enterprise Power BI solutions.

Serves as a liaison between business and IT teams, analyzes operations to identify automation opportunities, supports business process redesign, documents processes, and translates business requirements into functional specifications. The role also manages specification changes and requires strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred experience includes legacy mainframe applications and Florida’s FLAIR system.
