Information Technology
Performs business and process analysis, gathers and documents requirements, evaluates technology demands, supports governance and prioritization, and serves as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. The role develops process improvements, reporting, risk analyses, and executive communications while supporting solution evaluation, testing, implementation, and multiple concurrent projects.
