Provides administrative and clinical support in an outpatient behavioral healthcare clinic. Responsibilities include scheduling, patient intake, phone communication, records maintenance, insurance verification, billing and claims support, referrals, prior authorizations, EHR data entry, reporting, quality checks, supply coordination, and patient service. The role supports clinicians, facilitates patient flow, maintains confidentiality, and helps ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Provide outpatient psychiatric care (ages 5–80) including evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, therapy, documentation, referrals, and collaboration with mental health team. Maintain licensure/DEA and follow evidence-based treatments in a bilingual-preferred clinic setting.
