Lead US financial operations including general ledger, statutory and consolidated reporting, audits, cash management, and internal controls. Ensure DCAA and tax compliance, drive budgeting/forecasting, financial analysis, and support strategic initiatives including M&A. Build and mentor the US finance team and streamline finance processes via ERP and automation.
