Supports pre-sales and post-sales activities, manages customer deployment timelines, resolves integration issues, and communicates field feedback to product and R&D teams. Requires substantial customer interaction and up to 25% travel.

Develops and optimizes closed-loop control and digital signal processing algorithms for Fibre Optic Gyroscopes. Responsibilities include mathematical modeling, simulation, hardware validation, system integration, troubleshooting, FPGA implementation support, and technical ownership across product development. The role collaborates with photonics, electronics, FPGA, and firmware teams to improve sensor performance, stability, reliability, and dynamic response.

Provides pre-sales technical consultation for geospatial navigation solutions using GNSS and INS expertise. Designs solutions, delivers product demonstrations, leads proof-of-concept projects, analyzes customer requirements, and supports implementations. Collaborates with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to resolve technical issues, build customer relationships, and drive successful sales outcomes. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
