Maintains regulatory technical documentation, product approvals, submissions, quality-system changes, post-market surveillance, vigilance reporting, recalls, labeling, and audit readiness for medical devices worldwide. Interprets medical device regulations, supports risk management and product lifecycle processes, liaises with regulatory authorities and customers, and collaborates with clinical, quality, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

Supports quality and regulatory compliance for medical device manufacturing. Responsibilities include managing nonconformances and corrective actions, conducting audits, developing risk assessments and quality documentation, supporting product development and validation, monitoring suppliers, analyzing process data, delivering GMP training, and driving continuous improvement. The role also supports regulatory inspections, customer quality issues, change control, and medical device quality management system activities.

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including production planning, capacity and manpower forecasting, material sourcing, supplier negotiations, logistics, inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, ERP optimization, and root-cause corrective actions. Lead and develop the supply chain team, improve OTIF performance, manage operational risks, support sustainability objectives, and implement process and technology improvements.

Manufacture and pack medical devices to customer specifications following GMP and ISO13485. Maintain safety, quality, documentation (GDP), meet hourly performance/OEE and OTIF targets, minimize waste, attend pre-shift meetings, and collaborate with Operations, Stores, Quality and Engineering.

Operate production machinery to meet daily targets while ensuring first-time quality, safety, and full product traceability. Monitor hourly performance, support continuous improvement, assist shift leads, follow SOPs and risk assessments, perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, and support technical trials and quality standards in a cleanroom environment.

Drive sales growth for AMS wound care portfolio by hunting new business, expanding product range and accounts, pursuing private-label, contract manufacturing and co-development deals, negotiating contracts/pricing, and achieving territory sales targets via technical and strategic selling.
