Manufacture and pack medical devices to customer specifications following GMP and ISO13485. Maintain safety, quality, documentation (GDP), meet hourly performance/OEE and OTIF targets, minimize waste, attend pre-shift meetings, and collaborate with Operations, Stores, Quality and Engineering.

Operate production machinery to meet daily targets while ensuring first-time quality, safety, and full product traceability. Monitor hourly performance, support continuous improvement, assist shift leads, follow SOPs and risk assessments, perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, and support technical trials and quality standards in a cleanroom environment.

Perform routine analytical testing (GC-FID, HPLC, Karl Fischer, viscometry, tensile), support in-process and final product release, maintain accurate inspection records and Device History Files, ensure GMP compliance, write protocols/reports, mentor lab practices, support QA, and lead improvement projects.

Drive sales growth for AMS wound care portfolio by hunting new business, expanding product range and accounts, pursuing private-label, contract manufacturing and co-development deals, negotiating contracts/pricing, and achieving territory sales targets via technical and strategic selling.
