The AMS Office Manager supports roving maintenance operations through service-call intake, work-order creation, dispatching, scheduling, invoicing, expense reconciliation, payroll and timecard verification. The role coordinates with property managers, regional managers, clients, technicians, and leadership; prepares reports; tracks job costs; supports meetings and front-desk coverage; and maintains accurate operational and financial records.
