Develop and maintain master production schedules using ERP systems, aligning demand, capacity, materials, inventory, and customer orders. Monitor work-in-process, update schedules, analyze capacity and scheduling KPIs, maintain ERP planning data, coordinate with production, procurement, supply chain, engineering, and program teams, and resolve scheduling issues. Support continuous improvement, ERP enhancements, and on-time delivery in a manufacturing environment.

Leads tactical purchasing and material availability for manufacturing operations. Supervises Buyers, manages purchase orders, coordinates suppliers, resolves shortages, expedites critical materials, maintains ERP purchasing data, and tracks supply risks and delivery commitments. Develops KPIs, drives corrective actions, improves supplier performance, and partners with Production, Planning, Inventory, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management to maintain continuity of supply and support production schedules.
