Assist experienced technicians with underground utility work, including trenching, digging, grading, backfilling, piping, conduit, and drainage installation. Prepare tools and materials, learn to operate excavation equipment, perform manual labor, maintain safe job sites, and communicate with crew leads. This field-based role requires outdoor work, daily travel to job sites, physical labor, and willingness to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed.
