Leads regional sales strategy, forecasting, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and sales representative development. Recruits, coaches, and evaluates team members while managing customer relationships, negotiations, onboarding, and issue resolution. Partners with operations and customer service to ensure successful delivery and customer experience. Represents the company at trade shows, monitors policy compliance, and supports business initiatives. The role requires frequent domestic travel and residence in the Tennessee or Georgia area.

Supports operations by managing workflows, schedules, customer orders, complaints, production metrics, and process improvements. Coordinates with customer service, production, procurement, quality, sales, and HR to meet delivery and quality objectives. Assists with project schedules, budgets, quoting, risk analysis, bids, purchasing, training, and operational reporting. May provide occasional off-shift support and travel to customer or vendor sites.

Generate new business for industrial electronic, motor, and hydraulic repair services through lead generation, cold calling, networking, negotiation, and onboarding. Develop and track business development plans, partner with sales and operations to close deals, attend trade shows, and travel heavily to customer sites.
