Lead a four-year neuroscience and future-of-learning R&D program focused on underserved PreK-12 learners. Refine research hypotheses, launch funding opportunities, build cross-sector partnerships, manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio and budget, hire and lead a team, develop measurement infrastructure, and translate scientific findings into equitable education applications. The role requires inclusive collaboration with students, educators, researchers, and communities, along with the ability to evaluate evidence, pivot strategies, and drive breakthrough outcomes.

Lead strategy and build reusable data models, AI frameworks, and platform integrations to productionize research. Manage a small distributed data science team (3-6), collaborate with engineers, researchers, and educators, and translate lab implementations into scalable, modular tools and infrastructure to accelerate R&D and product development in education.
