Supports daily HR operations, including payroll records, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, leave administration, performance management, HR reporting, and personnel recordkeeping. Partners with management on workforce planning, employee engagement, policy development, and process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Provides plastic surgery and related healthcare services in a dermatology practice, including cosmetic procedures, skin cancer closures, excisions, keloid treatment, and patient consultations. The surgeon collaborates with dermatologists and Mohs surgeons, supports research and teaching activities, and maintains patient-centered care while meeting professional standards and licensing requirements.

Diagnose and treat dermatologic conditions, perform dermatologic surgeries and procedures, provide cosmetic treatments when applicable, and deliver compassionate patient-centered care. Maintain strong patient relationships, stay current with dermatology research and practices, and work effectively in a fast-paced multispecialty practice.
