Hands-on supervisor overseeing daily production team activities to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals. Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage fabrication, testing, inspections, material control, and production documentation. Troubleshoot production issues, implement corrective actions and process improvements, and promote a clean, collaborative work environment.

Lead and scale industrial manufacturing operations, define and staff cross-functional teams, execute capital and capacity plans, mature processes (SIOP, QMS), ensure safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery while coordinating with supply chain and senior leadership.

Provide FP&A support for manufacturing: build and maintain budgets, forecasts, financial models, and KPIs; analyze performance, pricing, capital expenditures, and profitability; support monthly close, reporting automation, cross-functional decision-making, and M&A diligence.

Support outside sales and engineering by qualifying leads, generating quotes, processing orders, maintaining customer databases, scheduling visits, writing non-technical proposal sections, and facilitating interdepartmental customer issue resolution.

Lead new product introductions and process development for thermal products. Design tooling and create work instructions, troubleshoot production issues, analyze cycle times and layouts, support technicians, interact with suppliers, and ensure quality and compliance.

Lead program execution for satellite-structure composite manufacturing projects, managing schedules, resources, and customer interactions. Support design for manufacturability, tooling, materials, QA, and prototype fabrication/testing as needed to meet customer requirements and budgets.

Support quality across product development and manufacturing: develop inspection/testing strategies, maintain QMS documentation, perform audits and First Article Inspections, lead corrective actions and supplier quality, conduct FMEA and control plans, oversee calibration and nonconforming material/ECN processes.

Lead product development engineering efforts: supervise and mentor engineers/technicians, manage schedules and budgets, ensure NPI and documentation compliance, resolve escalated technical/customer issues, drive standardization and departmental improvements, support proposals and customer communication.

Design and develop thermal products from concept through production: perform analytical calculations, 3D CAD in SolidWorks, CFD/FEA analysis, create drawings and fabrication procedures, prototype fabrication/testing, manage schedules/budgets, and communicate with customers and cross-functional teams.

Develop and support passive thermal technologies and cooling systems from concept through prototype and production. Perform thermal analyses, CAD/FEA modeling, drawing generation, manufacturability reviews, test support, schedule/budget management, and frequent customer communication.

Designs and develops motor drive and control systems from concept through production. Responsibilities include electrical schematics, component selection, PLC hardware/programming, EMI/MIL-STD-461 analysis, test procedure development, packaging and harness design, fabrication instructions, vendor interaction, and cross-functional collaboration to meet program schedules and customer requirements.

Provide quality engineering support across product development and manufacturing: develop inspection/testing strategies, create and control quality documentation, perform FAIs per AS9102, support supplier development, execute audits, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).

Paid engineering internships for students pursuing applicable degrees. Interns work hands-on with engineering teams to design and develop thermal management solutions, collaborating across projects and gaining practical experience.
