Supervise daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals. Lead hiring, onboarding, training, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for production employees. Lead composite manufacturing projects for satellite and space structures from planning through delivery. Manage schedules, resources, technical requirements, quality, budgets, and customer communication. Collaborate with design, production, quality, tooling, and materials teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, support design for manufacturability, fabricate prototypes, conduct testing, and improve process efficiency, repeatability, and program performance.

Leads the quality organization and Quality Management System across multiple manufacturing locations. Responsibilities include maintaining AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance, developing quality strategies, analyzing manufacturing metrics, driving corrective and preventive actions, reducing scrap and rework, overseeing customer and supplier quality, preparing for audits, and leading continuous improvement. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain while building quality-team capability and supporting organizational growth.

Manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts including review, negotiation, modifications, compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR/EAR, customer correspondence, subcontract management, government property systems, and lead contracts staff.

Design and develop thermal products from concept through production: perform analytical calculations, 3D CAD in SolidWorks, CFD/FEA analysis, create drawings and fabrication procedures, prototype fabrication/testing, manage schedules/budgets, and communicate with customers and cross-functional teams.

Lead new product introductions and process development for thermal products. Design tooling and create work instructions, troubleshoot production issues, analyze cycle times and layouts, support technicians, interact with suppliers, and ensure quality and compliance.

Lead and scale industrial manufacturing operations, define and staff cross-functional teams, execute capital and capacity plans, mature processes (SIOP, QMS), ensure safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery while coordinating with supply chain and senior leadership.

Support quality across product development and manufacturing: develop inspection/testing strategies, maintain QMS documentation, perform audits and First Article Inspections, lead corrective actions and supplier quality, conduct FMEA and control plans, oversee calibration and nonconforming material/ECN processes.

Paid engineering internships for students pursuing applicable degrees. Interns work hands-on with engineering teams to design and develop thermal management solutions, collaborating across projects and gaining practical experience. Designs and develops motor drive and control systems from concept through production. Responsibilities include electrical schematics, component selection, PLC hardware/programming, EMI/MIL-STD-461 analysis, test procedure development, packaging and harness design, fabrication instructions, vendor interaction, and cross-functional collaboration to meet program schedules and customer requirements.

Provide quality engineering support across product development and manufacturing: develop inspection/testing strategies, create and control quality documentation, perform FAIs per AS9102, support supplier development, execute audits, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
