The Junior Accountant maintains accurate financial records through general ledger entries, account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, payroll support, grant billing, financial reporting, and audit preparation. The role monitors collections, processes invoices and transactions, prepares revenue and cash forecast reports, supports budgeting and forecasting, and collaborates with leadership, HR, payroll, vendors, and agencies while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Provides therapeutic mentoring to youth ages 5–17 through individual and group activities, behavioral coaching, life-skills training, community-resource linkage, and coping-skills support. Coordinates with families and treatment teams, transports clients, manages a caseload of at least 20 clients, documents services in the EMR, follows treatment plans and compliance standards, and participates in supervision and training.

Provide one-on-one and group therapeutic support to youth (ages 5-17), implement treatment-plan activities, transport clients, coordinate with treatment teams, maintain caseload documentation, attend supervision and trainings, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and agency standards.

Provide one-on-one and group therapeutic mentoring to K-12 students to reduce school refusal, reinforce individualized treatment goals, teach coping and social-emotional skills, coordinate with therapists and families, and connect students to school and community resources to promote attendance and wellbeing.

Therapeutic Mentors work with youth ages 5-17 in direct settings, supporting their treatment goals through coaching, activities, and coordination with treatment teams.
