Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, LinkedIn, email, and HubSpot; research and qualify vacation rental management prospects; book discovery calls and close deals; meet activity and revenue targets; coordinate client handoffs; track activity and objections; refine outreach messaging and build repeatable top-of-funnel sales processes.

Provides administrative and office management support for a newsroom, including mail, visitors, calls, meetings, supplies, filing, equipment, and facilities requests. Assists with marketing content, communications, campaigns, sponsorships, and brand initiatives. Coordinates catering, logistics, and live events, while supporting leadership with travel arrangements and expense processing. Requires strong organization, editing, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office skills, plus at least one year of relevant experience and regular in-office presence.

Own the technical side of the sales process by creating customized demo environments, evaluating demo tooling, supporting complex API and webhook integration discussions, and translating technical capabilities into business value. Capture structured prospect feedback for Product and enable sales enablement. This individual contributor role may grow into leading a Solutions Engineering function.
