Provide Windows systems administration and IT support across servers, AD, Office 365, VMware, Veeam backups and AWS. Troubleshoot, patch, document procedures, perform assessments, collaborate with vendors, and maintain compliance with FFIEC. Occasional off-hours work and physical handling of equipment required.

Create and implement digital and print marketing content including brochures, social media, blogs, websites, emails, newsletters and presentations. Produce and edit graphics, animations, video, and audio. Support social media maintenance and design visual displays for tradeshows and offices. Manage campaigns through CRM/marketing automation and oversee production from concept to completion.

Serve as liaison between IT and business operations to gather and document requirements, define system specifications, manage Agile projects, create test plans, track issues/risks, coordinate vendors, support user training and M&A integration, and produce status communications and reports.
