Manages an existing-customer installation and service workforce across an assigned district. Responsibilities include workforce planning, service quality, training, recruiting, coaching, performance tracking, cost efficiency, customer retention, and coordination with corporate service and sales teams. The role develops business plans, supports profitability and growth goals, communicates policies and promotions, and ensures timely, consistent installation and service delivery.

Manage and coordinate the district installation and service workforce to ensure timely, quality installations and customer retention. Recruit, train, motivate, and track installer performance while aligning service activities with sales, profitability, and corporate policies. Serve as liaison between field teams and corporate service.

Re-engage former ADT customers, present tailored security and automation solutions, conduct sales presentations, close new business, follow up after installation, generate referrals, and develop new leads within an assigned territory.
