Designs and maintains secure, scalable DevOps infrastructure and automated software delivery solutions. Responsibilities include Azure DevOps Server CI/CD pipelines, reusable templates, agent pool management, Linux runners, infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible, container orchestration, GitOps delivery through Argo CD to OpenShift/Kubernetes, security tooling integration, artifact management, monitoring, documentation, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.

Provides hands-on software development and technical leadership, including architecture, system design, coding, code reviews, mentoring, roadmap planning, and stakeholder collaboration. Builds scalable microservices and APIs, supports cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, performance, reliability, and security. Leads technical decisions, incident management, Agile practices, and engineering improvement initiatives while balancing delivery responsibilities with team guidance.
