Provides scrub and chairside support during aesthetic and reconstructive outpatient surgeries. Responsibilities include suturing, maintaining sterile fields, preparing instruments, managing sterilization and inventory, supporting pre- and post-operative care, anticipating surgeon needs, and ensuring Swedish hygiene, regulatory, and patient-safety standards. The role requires Swedish-recognized operating-room nursing or surgical-technologist credentials, ambulatory surgery experience, suturing competency, fluent Swedish and English, and strong attention to detail.

Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team, oversee software architecture, and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-performance healthcare software.
