Lead daily operations for an adolescent mental health PHP and IOP program. Supervise Wellness Coordinators, manage schedules, attendance, census, intake coordination, documentation, incident reporting, safety protocols, and administrative needs. Partner with therapists, families, and leadership to maintain a safe, structured, supportive client experience. Respond calmly to behavioral and operational challenges while ensuring staff accountability, compliance, and consistent program flow.

Supervised practicum/internship providing clinical experience in a PHP/IOP adolescent program. Participate in individual, family, and group therapy; treatment team meetings; crisis intervention; admissions, assessments, and documentation; and learn evidence-based modalities (DBT, CBT, MI) under licensed supervision.
