Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, candidate assessment, and job advertising. Develop recruitment strategies through campaigns, job fairs, and community partnerships; build talent pipelines; analyze recruiting metrics; support candidate experience; and train hiring managers on compliant hiring practices. The role partners with HR and operations to meet staffing needs and promote diverse, qualified applicant pools.

Leads corporate strategy, strategic planning, enterprise performance management, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Develops KPIs, dashboards, executive reports, business analyses, project plans, and recommendations. Monitors risks, dependencies, and progress while coordinating with functional leaders and the Enterprise PMO. Supports market and growth analysis, executive meetings, business cases, acquisitions, and organizational priorities. Manages the Corporate Strategy function and directly supervises a Project Manager.

Provides strategic consulting and executive relationship development for a healthcare organization expanding payer, provider, population health, and value-based care partnerships. Identifies growth opportunities, facilitates executive introductions, advises on market positioning and payer strategy, shares healthcare market intelligence, supports go-to-market planning, and contributes to business development initiatives. This independent contractor role requires extensive healthcare executive experience, established payer relationships, strong strategic communication, and frequent travel.
