Perform data scrubbing and desktop quality reviews, evaluate technical specifications and invoices, upload records to program databases, and process incentive payments. Identify projects needing health and safety escalation and support program operations and reporting.

Provide federal EEO expertise across counseling, ADR, investigations, complaint processing, MD-715/affirmative employment support, training development, policy drafting, and program compliance. Prepare reports, FADs, case records, and support agency EEO reviews.
