Oversee daily client account delivery for retail marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, budgets, documentation, and cross-functional teams. Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, resolve delivery issues, support presentations and reviews, and ensure compliance with brand and process standards. The role also identifies workflow improvements and requires strong organization, communication, commercial awareness, and English and French proficiency.

Manage promotional merchandise and branded-product opportunities from client brief through sourcing, production, and delivery. Build client relationships, identify proactive growth opportunities, develop commercially viable product solutions, manage suppliers and internal teams, and oversee budgets, timelines, quality, sustainability, and delivery. The role requires strong Premiums expertise, account and project management skills, commercial awareness, creativity, fluent Dutch, professional English, and hybrid work in Rotterdam.
