Lead client relationships and drive commercial growth for promotional and POS accounts. Manage multiple projects, ensure on-time delivery and budget control, develop briefs, review creative, analyze performance and financials, and execute sustainability metrics while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client SLAs and exceed revenue and margin targets.

Manage end-to-end production of POSM, digital and print assets: validate briefs, advise clients, prioritize studio work, check quality, ensure deadlines, close projects, track POs and reporting, and maintain client/studio relationships to deliver on KPIs.

Lead end-to-end international shipment flows and warehouse operations. Coordinate suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers and clients; manage FCL/LCL/air/road/courier shipments, documentation, tracking, compliance, OTIF performance, costs, and rate negotiations. Oversee inbound/outbound stock movements, KPI reporting, SOPs, third-party performance, and lead the logistics team while partnering cross-functionally to deliver on timelines and service levels.
