Lead client relationships and grow accounts for print, POS, and promotional programs. Manage multiple projects end-to-end—briefing, procurement, production, budgets, timelines, quality, and sustainability targets—while delivering commercial growth, analyzing performance, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Serve as an account-focused sales support role for brand activation clients: support prospecting, sourcing, cost estimates, shipment tracking, and cross-team communication. Identify retail and procurement efficiencies, produce account status reports, and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to meet operational, logistical, and financial goals.

Lead day-to-day client account management for POS, print, promotional and tradeshow programs. Oversee project execution, vendor relationships, cross-functional teams, reporting, and growth strategies while ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction. Manage and develop team members and identify new business opportunities.
