Supports account strategy, innovation, client relationships, and employee training.

Creates production-ready digital and print assets across multiple media. Reviews mechanicals and layouts, performs retouching and colour management, resolves technical production challenges, conducts quality checks, and collaborates with designers and stakeholders. Manages multiple client projects and deadlines while applying expertise in print, manufacturing, and production processes. Uses Adobe Creative Suite, proprietary agency tools, and emerging GenAI solutions.

Manages IT procurement, software licensing, asset lifecycles, vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, SLAs, budgets, and compliance. Maintains software and hardware inventories, monitors license usage and entitlements, coordinates audits and renewals, reconciles physical assets with ITAM records, and supports purchasing documentation. Partners with Finance and Legal on cost allocation, forecasting, approvals, contracts, and policy compliance while optimizing technology spending.
