Own and grow a regional client portfolio as primary Adlook contact. Provide strategic, technical and commercial solutions, lead QBRs, support sales lifecycle, contribute to product development, define onboarding and growth best practices, and report progress to management while building stakeholder relationships across the organization.

Provide HR-focused legal support across Polish and foreign entities: draft and review employment and HR documents, ensure consistent contracts, advise on labour law matters, collaborate with HR and finance on procedures, and prepare internal reports, analyses and summaries.
