Reviews, processes, and quality-checks drainage survey data, CCTV pipeline reports, asset data sheets, and digital network plans. Coordinates with site teams to ensure accurate data capture, manages survey uploads through digital platforms, supports workload tracking and team scheduling, arranges client access, and promotes health and safety standards.

Support drainage survey teams by preparing, maintaining and transporting CCTV and survey equipment, assisting with confined space entry and site safety, performing weekly equipment checks, basic signing/lighting/guarding, and using an app to report hazards and observations.

Lead ornithological surveys, ecological assessments, technical reporting, and Ecological Clerk of Works services. Manage complex projects, budgets, schedules, stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors while ensuring legislative and professional compliance. Provide specialist advice, mentor junior staff, support business development, and contribute to tenders, marketing, training, and continuous improvement across the Ecology team.
