Lead and contribute to feasibility, outline and detailed mechanical design for water and utilities projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, perform site visits, produce calculations and deliverables, tender bids, mentor junior staff, and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.

Lead and manage operational teams on customer sites and at the depot, ensuring safe, compliant delivery of planned and reactive works. Oversee RAMS, HAZMAT and spill response operations, equipment and vehicle readiness, paperwork and reporting, customer liaison, and deputise for management. Participate in on-call rota and support project preparation, resource planning and toolbox talks.

Design and develop specialist oil & gas equipment, create and refine engineering plans, lead testing programmes (including HAZOPs), ensure regulatory and environmental compliance, collaborate with fabricators and suppliers, design equipment layouts, maintain project documentation, and coordinate engineering project programmes.
