Provide voice-based technical support for SaaS customers, troubleshoot software and configuration issues, assist with installation and usage, document cases, escalate complex problems, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires SQL and database knowledge, Windows Server and virtual machine familiarity, API basics, strong communication, ticketing or CRM experience, and flexibility for shift-based support.

Build financial models, manage expense accounting and QuickBooks entries, prepare financial insights, and oversee P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, KPIs, and dashboards. The role supports compliance, financial systems optimization, data analysis, and strategic projects while working remotely with U.S. leadership.

Develop and execute mobile app test cases, identify and report bugs, perform regression testing, document results, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience standards are met.
