Own the product strategy and execution for AI voice and SMS tools serving dental practices. Define conversation behavior, workflow logic, escalation paths, dashboards, audit views, and compliant patient-facing copy. Translate HIPAA, TCPA, state disclosure laws, and Canadian CRTC requirements into product functionality. Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, customer success, and sales while analyzing call recordings, transcripts, funnels, and product data.

Analyze client requirements, create test cases and test data, execute end-to-end and regression testing, report and summarize defects, retest fixes, and follow issues through closure. Independently test assigned EHR modules across responsive websites on Android, iPhone, tablet, desktop, and iMac platforms while applying software testing methodologies and collaborating effectively.

Assist with deploying AI and LLM applications, implementing and fine-tuning machine learning solutions, validating AI-generated outputs, supporting AI research, troubleshooting models and scripts, and documenting code and workflows. The role involves collaboration with senior team members and cross-functional teams, with opportunities to work on prompt engineering, LLM APIs, data processing, and NLP.
