Leads plant assembly operations, coordinating production schedules, staffing, quality, costs, materials, and equipment. Identifies and resolves production issues, drives continuous improvement, enforces shop-floor standards and safety procedures, and oversees product quality and corrective actions. Trains, develops, and evaluates production personnel while coordinating with other departments to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules. Reports safety incidents and supports HSE&E compliance.

Lead trim engineering for assigned automotive programs, ensuring on-time releases, high first-time DV/PV pass rates, budget adherence, and customer technical interface. Manage and develop engineering teams, drive continuous improvement, close technical issues, and own program engineering execution and resources.

Coordinates quality engineering activities to ensure product quality and reliability. Completes APQP phases, prepares AIAG-compliant PPAP documentation, develops and procures gauges, resolves manufacturing issues with suppliers, participates in development teams and audits, trains Quality and Production personnel, and supports prototype fabrication and product introduction.
