Support daily quality assurance, analyze production data, develop testing/sampling/control plans, perform audits, execute PPAP and PFMEA activities, drive corrective/preventive actions (8-D), liaise with customers, and ensure ISO/TS-16949 and customer standard compliance.

Develop and manage product cost models including material, conversion, labor, tooling and capital. Prepare quotations and risk/opportunity analyses for OEMs, review BOMs and manufacturing assumptions, set plant rates, analyze cost variances, support purchasing with supplier cost targets, and drive product cost reduction and process improvements.

The Senior Internal Auditor leads SOX compliance and internal audits, collaborates with management and external auditors, and assesses company policy compliance while delivering strategic recommendations for control improvements.
